JOB DESCRIPTION

Kashf Foundation

We are looking for Assistant Manager Instructional Design (Training & Department)

Other Specifications:

  • Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
  • Ability to Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content 
  • Set clear learning goals and create content that matches them
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, storylines for video content, simulations, role plays, games etc)
  • Can devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
  • Ability to create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Can preferably use Inpage for Urdu text

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of Hands on Experience of Training & Development function, primarily working as a content curator with additional knowledge of Training Need Assessment, Implementation and training evaluation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Permanent position with long weekend (Saturday/Sunday are off)
