We are looking for Manager Facilities / Administration

Requirements:

  • To ensure for appropriate working environment for all employees of the company.
  • To monitor/supervise proper provisions of office furniture & fixture, and safety/security measures etc.
  • To monitor and control the admin expenses within the budgetary provisions.
  • To manage Stationery Requirements for all employees. 
  • To monitor and manage office mess/kitchen.  
  • To handle health insurance claims/issues and complete all necessary documentation.
  • To look after all assets of the company and ensure that all assets are safe and in good conditions.
  • To handle all complaints/issues regarding water, electricity and telephones. 
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
