Soft Nation Technologies is currently looking for females for the position of HR Executive. Timings: 12PM-9PM Responsibilities: Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Requirements: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Must be Graduate Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Profile must be Confident and presentable. International Hiring experience would be preferred.
