We are looking for Technical Support Engineer (Customer)
The Role:
The role will involve the following:
Provide customer support via messaging and email to enterprise customers
Ensure issues are logged and tracked through to resolution
Diagnose root cause of issues using internal tools
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Use internal tools to proactively monitor service levels for customers
Maintain good relationships with customers
Proactively share ideas, and best practice with a continuous focus on improvement, and finding new and better ways to contribute to the on-going growth and success of our business
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with remote team members
Excellent problem solving ability
Hands on experience of Linux, MySQL, AWS Cloud services
Familiarity with programming languages such as java and NodeJs
Willingness to learn new technology areas
Some knowledge of mobile telecommunications and SMS would be preferred
Education / Experience:
Graduate or Post Graduate in relevant discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mobile communications/networking area
Candidates must have good verbal and written English
