Tiltop Roofers is a Canadian based company that provides renovation contracting solutions for residential and commercial clients. The company was founded in 2015 by Ali Zaheer who is the youngest and the first Pakistani to be awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in the region of Halton. Since 2015 - Our team at Tiltop Roofers has provided Canadians with seamless contracting solutions specializing in Roofing and Insulation while providing World Class Customer service. We are now looking to add an energetic Sales Professional to streamline our sales process and maintain relationships with satisfied clients. Job Duties: Work from an office in DHA PHASE 8, Lahore Long Hours of calling clients Administrative tasks such as CRM management, Sales accounting, scheduling work orders, and coordination with vendors. Communicating with new leads and progressing them through our sales process Identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to new and existing clients Creating opportunities for cross-selling and maintaining brand loyalty Generating new leads through our marketing process. Job Requirements: Min. 5 year Sales Experience Experience in a call centre is an asset Excellent spoken English (US & Canada) Ability to close sales & communicate fluently with clients in English and engage in relationship building conversations. Basic skills for using Excel and comfortable using a computer Available to work night shifts to accommodate Canadian time zone (shifts between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am Pakistan Standard Time) Own Transportation Own Smart Phone Own Laptop is preferred What you can expect from this job: Lucrative compensation packages with bonuses based on performance Paid 2 week holidays every year No longer than 8 hour shifts Valuable sales and marketing training. Learn sales tactics from a renounced Canadian Sales Professional Opportunity to grow within the company for senior roles Salary based on Sales Experience & English Proficiency.
