Responsibilities:

• Filling in citation forms (likely on Whitespark to begin with) - attention to detail is crucial
• Ensuring NAP matches
• Updating NAP and citations as/when needed and changes are made
• Responsible for ensuring the scheduling of optimization on all sites globally, and managing the associated documentation
• Managing access once a new client comes on board - to include reclaiming listings (experience of this would help but is not essential)
• Optimizing clients' GMB listings - including updating copy, images, company information, links to other online channels
• Troubleshooting any issues such as duplicate location listings
