• Inter-department coordination regarding technical quires related to Oracle Products.
• In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
• Conducting of Knowledge Sharing sessions of Oracle Products to clients or junior colleagues, as per assigned by Supervisor.
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
• Adherence with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct technical Proof of concept (POC) on Oracle products.
• Provide support to TAP customers within Pakistan and Globally where required.
• Agree to travel in any TAP Branch based on technical and support requirement.
• Effective and timely in-house testing and implementation of Oracle Products.
• Effective and timely resolution and post implementation support to client.
• Keep continuous liaison with client for technical support/consultancy.
• In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
• Effective participation in in house & external training session.
