We are looking for HR Manager

Responsibilities:

To support our team we are looking for a HR Manager to will be responsible for (not restricted to);

  • Employment legislation as per UK and Pakistan Employment Laws
  • Maintain knowledge of current employment law and advise the Senior Management Team of any changes which impact business operations
  • Update all relevant company policy and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Work closely with the company’s appointed employment law support partner 
  • Manage the team to ensure company vacancies are successfully filled by the required deadlines
  • Develop appropriate interview materials to ensure the selection process is transparent, fair and auditable
  • Review effectiveness and manage costs of Job Boards
  • Develop, implement and manage a company-wide employee appraisal system
  • Guide and advise managers and supervisors on company HR policies and procedures
  • Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, appeal, grievance and redundancy proceedings
  • Ensure employee relations cases are managed to meet best practice requirements
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and staff handbook
  • Monitor all employee records- maternity/paternity requests, absence and sickness and provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team
  • Draft and deliver letters for role changes, including hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
  • Prepare documents for employees visa applications
  • Manage personnel files to ensure they are kept up to date

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources
  • Strong Communications Skills 
  • Confident person who can liaise with Senior Management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Self-starter and strong adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and being able to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
