Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of office administration to ensure safe, reliable and smooth functioning of office environment
  • Negotiations and execution of contracts with all suppliers/ vendors service providers of SLG
  • Close coordination with all internal and external stake holders including SLG’s external legal counsel(s)
  • Manage all direct and indirect procurements
  • Ensure implementation of Office SOPs in Head Office and Regions
  • Lead Admin Department in coordination with Regional Managers
  • Ensure timely resolution of administrative issues in Head Office and Regional Offices
  • Monitor support staff and schedule their activities
  • Procure consumables, preparation of purchase orders
