The company is also involved in raising venture capital and real estate development. Currently PI Pakistan is constructing various commercial offices and commercial retail premises in Karachi. Due to rising population levels, and increased urbanisation, PI Pakistan's also purchased marginal city land to begin construction of Low cost housing units.

Pitech is the technology subsidiary of Pi Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd and provide event broadcasting services. Our goal is to help our clients transmit their live events through internet TV Broad casting. Our participants can watch our client’s live events anywhere throughout the world where they can access basic facility of internet.

With more than 100 years of collective experience, our parent company, Pi Holding has always been a market leader in broadcasting and transmission services.

The partners of Pi Pakistan and Pitech have started or been senior partners at companies such as FM 100, SPTV (satellite TV Network), East Newspaper, Radio Asia and ARY Digital.
