We are looking for Horticulture Specialist

​Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of plants and crops. 
• Undertake all aspects of farming and production including preparation, growth and harvesting. 
• Assist in the acquisition of various types of plants and seeds. 
• Assist in preparation of maintenance programs for the control of plant diseases and insects. 
• Assist in the development of fertilizer programs for various types of plants. 
• Keep updated with the ongoing developments and changes in the horticulture science. 
• Ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met within set budgets. 
• Train, instruct and motivate junior staff.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. 
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. 
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
