Responsibilities:

  • Managing CEO's work calendar and sending reminders as necessary.
  • Scheduling meetings for CEO & other executives and overall coordination with counter-parties as required.
  • Coordinating traveling arrangements with travel agents and clients’ admin departments.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the relevant persons and taking messages.
  • Receiving, filing and dispatching documents to relevant addresses.
  • Ordering office supplies as per the requirements and overall administration & maintenance of office.
  • Bank accounts opening and provision of relevant information.
  • Preparation of cheques for salary and other expenses payment.
  • Follow-up with clients for invoice payments and ensuring deposit of billing cheques in company accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly attendance, salary, office expenses and CEO’s expenses summary sheet. 
  • Record keeping of all the counter party agreements, payments, deposits, invoices, payroll and other office data.
