We are looking for Telemarketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Promoting our products and services through multiple platforms.
  • Lead generation via cold calling, email marketing, social media, classifieds etc.
  • Gather potential client information by making telephone calls, discussing requirements and offering our services.
  • Follow communication SOPs when handling different customer queries/concerns.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Keep record of all communications.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Working with the operations team for coordination of new leads, meetings and appointments.
