Job Duties:
You'll be doing things like: Building a growth engine for each business line based strictly on these principles (https://www.demandcurve.com/growth-program) to profitably generate new customers at scale
Hands-on growth work: choosing a scalable marketing channel, crafting irresistible product messaging, launching high-converting funnels Recruiting, training and managing teams (both hires and contractors) to execute with speed and polish Learning, testing and refining growth tactics to ensure we operate at the edge of best practice Preparing and presenting weekly growth reports Managing budgets
The ideal candidate has: 3+ years experience in outbound sales (cold outreach via email or phone)
2+ years experience in any marketing role (inbound or outbound)
2+ years experience in a managerial or director role: hiring, coaching and managing sales or marketing teams from scratch
Experience managing growth strategies for multiple brands at the same time
An owner attitude, not afraid of getting your hands dirty to see the project to the finish line
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
