Requirements:

  • End to end processing of payroll.
  • Ongoing maintenance of payroll system and leaves Management.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
  • Maintaining leaves, overtime & other payroll related reports.
  • Contract Management of Contractual employees and consultants.
  • Processing of statutory payments.
  • Resolving Payroll Discrepancies with Internal Audit Department.
  • Attendance Management & Reporting’s on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Documentation Management regarding Payroll and related files.
