  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance as and when needed.
  • Review and update clauses of employment contracts and agreements as per business needs.
  • Prepare budgets for overall department related to Recruitment, Operations, Training and OD etc.
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates, maintain monthly HR Dash boards.
  • Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements
  • Develop and oversee record-keeping and data processing procedures, compensation, benefits,
