Travly, an idea that was conceived by a group of final year students at Beaconhouse National University who tried their luck at Pakistan's Largest Tech Incubator, Plan9 in 2013. Travly came 4th out of over 1800 participating teams. From then we focused all our attention to just catering to the bus users. We single-handedly digitized the entire city of Lahore which consisted of over 1100 bus stops and 30 different bus routes. After digitizing Lahore, we expanded to 6 other surrounding cities and that grabbed the attention of Lahore Transport Company, which led to signing our first MoU with LTC, enabling us to show live arrival timing of the nearby buses to our users.

We Are Looking For Specialist Fleet Management

Requirements

  • Disseminates vehicle and safety information to drivers
  • Collects, reviews, and maintains information such as monthly vehicle usage reports, quarterly personal mileage reports, etc.
  • Provides reports, as requested, to the Institutional Fleet Coordinator
  • Provides departmental drivers with University Driving Rules and maintains record of written acknowledgement by drivers
  • Conducts periodic driving record review
  • Assures departmental compliance with timely accident and vehicle damage reporting requirements, vehicle safety inspections, and emissions inspections
  • Coordinates communication with the Institutional Fleet Coordinator
  • Assures departmental compliance with University travel policy as it pertains to vehicle travel
