• Strong Marketing and sales and analytical skills and knowledge of iron and steel products.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales

We are looking for Order Taking Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Order taking of clients through Market/ Clients Door to Door, walk in customers, Online (through web) and over the phone or any other communication method.
• Confirm/authorize orders from the sales team/concerned officials.
• Obtain updated stock report on daily basis from In-charge Warehouse and ensure material availability before order execution.
• Prepare sales invoice/sales return, and delivery challan for the clients’ orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to respective clients and keep a strict follow up.
• Deal with customers courteously and inform seniors in case of any disorder.
• Dispatching of official correspondence on daily basis.
• Should have motor bike and Driving License
• Any Other tasks assigned by seniors.
