  • Reporting to the Sr. Digital Client Success Lead, the Digital Client Success Specialist will be responsible for the overall client digital vision and execution.

  • The Digital Client Success Specialist will utilize data-driven methodologies in creating value for clients at scale by using purpose-built tools that facilitate a personalized client experience regardless of segment or lifecycle stage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing project communication with respected clients. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
  • Work with team members to complete duties as needed
  • Take the lead on special projects to ensure workload is shared with team

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
