  • Receive, direct telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Prepare Customer service orientation and schedule appointment.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents and maintain office equipment.
  • knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
  • Maintain the general filing system and all correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Provide general administrative support.
