An experienced sales professional with 3 to 8 years experience is ideal candidate for this position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for customer handling and ultimately achieving the given sales target. 

Major responsibilities are as follows:

  • Dealing the clients regarding sales.
  • Follow the clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
  • Make quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
  • Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification.
  • Keep follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, orders and for timely revisions. 
  • Check the quotations and drawings which are made by design department.
  • Have followed up with the accounts department for GDR and ledger of customers.
  • Get feedback from clients regarding our services and products.
  • Take data about the stock status from concerned offices.
  • Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
  • Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
  • Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
  • Send complete information of booking order to Design department.
  • Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.

Specification:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication, 
  • Presentation skills with proficiency in MS office
