    • Miscellaneous other tasks not covered above can be assigned by the supervisor/management.

    • Maintains complete details of all the exploratory interviews
    • Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
    • Maintains data of the quality of hire.
    • Responsible for all the probation or confirmation cases
