We are looking for Head of Finance

• Prepare the annual budget and establish yearly financial objectives of the company in coordination with the Management Committee, in light of the company’s business plan
• Adjusting the company’s accounting system to the company’s budget, and performing periodic tracking of Actuals vs. Budget
• Preparing periodic reports and financial results for presentations to the management, the Board of Directors and Investors.These reports include: Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow and any other required reports
• As directed by the CEO present the annual budget to the Board of Directors
• Participate in financial decision-making, when required and implement the decisions in the company budget
• Consolidation of the external and internal accounting system
• Oversee the management of internal and external audits * Management of financial exposures
• Responsible for taking decisions related to Financial Planning, Policies, Cash Flow Management and Personnel with prior approval of CEO and/or COO
• File various documents/returns with the Registrar / Commission as required under the provisions of the relevant Ordinance
• Be the focal point for all matters related to SECP, CCP, FBR and other concerned regulatory authorities * Investor relations (IR)
• Put up all responses/reports to the investors Q&A with prior approval of the CEO.
