Requirements:

  • Communicate with vendor, discuss and negotiate agreement and its terms and conditions.
  • Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, drawing, specifications, and related documents
  • Communicate with clients and manpower companies/labor in US.
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawing, specifications, and related documents.
  • Computes costs by analyzing and reviewing all related factors.
  • Take out measurements using Etake Off software.(Training will be provided).
  • To handle bidding including preparation of bids in line with tender requirements.
