Sanaulla & Co is looking for  Customer Services Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to interact with customers and marketing teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
  • Engage online and social media audiences on daily basis and help maintain relationships with key influences
  • Execute company’s day-to-day social media activities, including posting to and updating its social media platforms.
  • responsible for leveraging consumer insights to assess and recommend cross-channel digital strategies
  • Answers customer regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

Requirements:

  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Good English verbal skills 
  • Excellent work ethics 
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Ms Outlook
  • Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals
