We are looking for Lead Embedded Engineer

• Lead Embedded Systems Engineer will be a seasoned programmer with extensive experience to provide technical contributions and leadership in the design and development of embedded systems, including hardware selection,programming, development, integration, design tradeoffs, and test planning for wireless communication systems.
• You need to have the ability to lead features to their completion, to understand critical issues and come up with optimal solutions to resolve them.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full life-cycle of Hardware development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing,production deployment, documentation, training, configuration, and maintenance.
• Help evolve the software development methodology based on agile and lean thinking, including the establishment of coding conventions, documentation standards, testing procedures and quality assurance
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to design and solve issues
• Work with multi-discipline project teams on new product introduction, while adhering to software development and source control processes.
• Liaise with System Engineers to ensure understanding of client requirements.
• Ensure established standards and procedures are followed at all times.
• Working on client projects to build new features and fix problems, either on brand new projects or existing
• systems.
• Contributing to internal processes and systems to improve the way we work.
• Running and optimizing EMC measurements and duration tests as specified in the measurement requirement.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting the IoT market.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in developing and launching innovative products and services in the ICT\Cloud\IoT space.
