We are looking for Production Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Production Manager
  • To plan and control production activities according to jobs.
  • To co-ordinate with sales department to ensure production of required parameters, to produce good quality according to specifications/requirements of the client.
  • To attend all production problems either by taking action within the authority or referring to the Managing Director with recommendations.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower through tactful dealing.
  • To maintain discipline, harmonious relations in the department.
  • To maintain and to further improve the quantity/quality without compromising quality.
  • To plan and organize the department in a manner best suited to economical production.
  • Responsible to plan, maintain and get procured optimum level of stock jointly with purchases, Quality and Stores departments.
  • To make the production priorities for engraving jobs.
  • To provide technical assistance to the employees where required
  • To plan the requirement of production, electrical spares, equipment and tools well in time.
