We are looking for Assistant Manager CSR / PR

Requirements:

• Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails and answers clients phone.
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required and prepare outgoing emails for distribution.
• Update and maintain database such as mailing list, contact list and client information and retrieve information when required. 
• Good English Writing Skills
