• Create optimized product listings on the website. E.g provide bullet points and descriptions
• Providing support, guidance and assistance to users who are having trouble with the website
• Preferably Previous experience with support and social media in a startup environment.
• Working with product and engineering to identify and escalate technical issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
