JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Systems

Digital Systems is looking for CCTV/Network Technician.

• Contracted by the MTA Safety Department to obtain surveillance required by the Transit Insurance Group
• Cable installation, CCTV cameras installation, DVR configuration, access and support.
• Active Directory, GPO, Outlook, Backups.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection and replacement of CCTV hard drives from designated coaches
• Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions as well as network issues as it relates to the CCTV system
• Utilize complex software to connect to various network devices for manual CCTV downloads

Requirements:

• Understands advancements in technology with CCTV systems.
• Good technical understanding and ability to explain to customers
• Able to inspect locations to find best installation areas for cameras to be installed
• Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems
• Must have own bike
