We are looking for Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • Having Experience in Proposal Writing (Technical & Financial) and Bidding Preparation for Tenders. 
  • The applicant should have the knowledge and experience about software requirement gathering and presentation skills. 
  • Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company. 
  • Advises customers on technical issue's and recommends appropriate solutions according to their needs. 
  • Explain Pricing structure to the consumer bases on their actual requirements. 
  • Having ability to perform sales pitches and presentations. 
  • The applicant has to travel outstations for business development in new market. 
  • Assist and Coordinate with the after sales support team. 
  • Should having capabilities to handle clients requirements and address them accordingly or help them with appropriate solution. 
  • Capable to Present and Demonstrate product features while pitching the sales. 
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes. 
  • Learn and get up to speed with the Sales Pipeline management processes in use at the employer’s office Present monthly, Bi-Weekly, Weekly reports to management on sales and progress on sales and share the pipeline, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. 
  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets Develop and Implement field Sales Plan Effectively manage customers, their training and On-boarding  Responsible for the execution of the sales plans
