  • As a hands-on administrator, the individual will provide systems support as well as implement project solutions. He will be called upon to design, configure, and support enterprise system.
  • Systems management and administration of Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, SQL Server and other technologies in a multi-server, multi-site environment.
  • Implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems and networks
  • Recommend and engineer new technologies into existing data Center environments
  • Provide tier 3 help-desk support, responding to escalated user-submitted tickets
  • Strong background with Linux, Windows Client OS: configuration, management, security, etc.
  • Create and maintain necessary technical documentation
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Provide thorough application and technical consulting by communicating directly with customers
  • Administer product recommendations that include: samples, technical support (compliance information, product identification, testing services, data sheet administration).
  • Conduct application assessment and provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
  • Follow-up with customers on complex inquiries and recommendations.
  • Utilize Effortless Service principles to deliver unparalleled service to customers, reducing or eliminating follow up inquiries.
