  • Posting job vacancies on different plat forms Interview calls Conducting interviews 
  • Shortlisting candidate Finalized the candidate Prepare joining documents Issuance of promotion,increment and appointment letters 
  • Issuance of circulars/ Notes as per company policies Communicate to higher management regarding employees issues/queries 
  • Finalized monthly attendance of employees 
  • Maintain monthly petty cash account 
  • Responsible to pay all bills on time 
  • Communicate to employees regarding their work performance 
  • Responsible to maintain employee filing record 
  • Responsible to maintain/keep company documents 
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
  • Establishes company related policies Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. 
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
