We are looking for Front Office Officer.
Requirements:

  • Has the knowledge of various room types and layout of the floor.
  • Knowledge about the various facilities in the hotel with charges and the timing of operation of  Restaurants,  Health Club, Offices and Shopping Arcade.
  • To be able to perform quick check in and check out as per the prescribed standards.
  • Allocation of right room according to the requirements of the guest and the hotel keeping in view the future arrivals/departures.
  • Have the knowledge of the special events in the hotel and in the city.
  • Is able to coordinate with room service and housekeeping for room amenities.
  • Is able to issue and control guest room keys keeping in view the security policy and procedure.
  • Is able to handle guest mail and messages with responsibility.
  • Handing/taking over the cash and maintain the cash register.
  • Knowledge of opening and closing of shifts.
  • Is fully aware of the filing procedures for the purpose of record keeping.
  • Is able to up sell and cross sell hotels’ facilities.
  • Follows the procedure of handling VIP arrivals/departures.
  • Follows the procedure of handling Group arrival/departure.
  • Knowledge about the first aid procedure.

Requirements:

  • Work closely with manager and staff to ensure that you are aware of what happening in the resort.
  • Supervise customers and make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
  • Conduct complimentary group exercise classes cardiovascular training, aerobic etc
  • Carry our induction and consultation with new members/clients
  • Design personal programs for the clients/members
  • Motivate and enthuse people from a wide range of backgrounds and conduct the training if required
  • A responsible attitude to health and safety
  • Knowledge of nutrition and healthy diet
  • Report all incidents, lost and found, and read the logbook.
  • Make sure all products stocks related with department is managed and report to supervisor if need to re-order
  • Responsibility in maintenance and cleanliness recreation facilities and equipments
  • Able to facing any situation or problem of the guests.
  • Never bring the personal problem at work and affect in operational and services
  • Always keep in healthy and hygiene life to able giving the best services to the guests
  • oncentrate when you are listening to others (guests, managers or colleagues) give direct eye contact and try not to be distracted.
  • Pay attention to your body language – smile naturally – stand up straight and naturally – do not fidget or use bad habits (biting nails, picking at skin, splitting) whilst in guest areas

  • Ensure proper billing of guest bills as per management policy.
  • Assist in making monthly production reports.
  • Makes recommendations for replacements, change of jobs, promotions and training of his staff to Front Office Manager.
  • Ensures that room discrepancy report is made, Correctly
  • Ensures that, baggage of guest is kept safe and delivered promptly.
  • Deals efficiently with guest’s complaints and reports to F.O.M.
  • Check all the departmental logbooks.
  • Adheres to the enforcement of all house policies, Rules and Regulation pertaining to front offices activities.
  • Follow up on over due/high balance accounts.
