We are looking for Community Mobilization Manager

Requirements:

• Keep the project data updated in hard and soft farm and ready to present
• Coordinate with donor, political representatives, government agencies and other stake holders   for the implementation of project activities. 
• Manage the field team, build their capacity and facility them in achieving the project targets.
• Over all responsible for following project activities in filed;
• Social appraisal and village profiling
• Community mobilization and awareness raising bout Khadm-e-Punjab Saaf Pani Project 
• Saaf Pani Tanzeems formation in target villages through agreed PRA Tools
• Saaf Pani Organization formation at cluster level through agreed process
• Registration of Water Users/HH android based survey
• Identification of lands for Saaf pani Sahulat center in Villages and for main water source/treatment plant at cluster level
• Facilitate the land transfer process in favor of PSPC
• Strengthen linkages among the SPTs, SPOs, Community representatives and PSPC
• Health and Hygiene Promotion sessions in project area 
• Capacity Building of SPTs operating the Rural Water Supply

We are looking for Community Organiser

• Follow a standardized mobilization work plan to be implemented including the use of community meeting, community forum and other approaches to community mobilization, International event celebration and awareness. Work to achieve significant change in the behaviors and attitudes of communities.
• Conduct regular meetings with Village Development Committees (VDCs) and DPOs to discuss program objectives, mobilize community participation and act as a mentor throughout the planning and implementation processes
• Build on existing relationships or create a relationship between service providers and community for rehabilitation of PWDs.
• Training of masons, VDCs and DPOs on organizational development, self growth and accessibility
• Capacity building of PWDs, local community and service providers.
• Strengthening coordination with Government & other Stockholders.
• Development IEC material.
• Maintaining data, reports of community mobilization sessions and meetings
• Perform any other duties as may be requested by the supervisor
