  • Will be responsible to visit under construction homes as per defined areas, And to meet it’s decision maker so that he can sell through dealer company products .
  • Should be motivated and hard working to do sales.
  • One position is required for Lahore (Bahria town belt) and One position required for
  • DHA belt and surrounding societies so executive residing near these societies will be preferred.
  • Should have prior Housing or sales promoter experience required. (Common in building material firm e.g Paints etc by position title Sales promoter, they have same j.d)

Experience:

Salary:

We are looking for Production Manager

  • To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes 
  • To develop and execute resources and planning to achieve management programe objective.
  • To develop KPI’s of production team with consideration of annual objectives as per management program. 
  • Responsible to produce stock by planning effectively with supply chain and factory manager.
  • To keep good liaison with Quality department to maintain high quality standard of product. 
  • To optimize skill level of production staff by continuous improvement and by developing proper training plan for their skill enhancement. 
  • To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures
  • Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues to factory manager on periodic basis.
  • To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
  • Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
  • To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift
  • To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
  • Process, reduce material wastage & increase productivity and quality with coordination of Factory Manager. 
  • Identify requirements for any plant change / addition for capacity increase or process improvement
  • Implement and improve Process Procedures and SOP’s for plant operations.
  • Liaison with maintenance team for preventive maintenance.
  • Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for smooth plant operations.
  • Continual improvement on ISO working as per 2015 standard by updating Swot, stake holder and risk and opportunities sheet for identifying key Risk and their mitigation plan. 
  • Monthly reporting to top management to update on progress of production department targets and working. 

Experience required:

  • ​5 to 8 years in Plastic manufacturing firms and hands on experience in injection moulding and extrusion machines.
