Bahria Town Is Looking For Payroll Officer / Executive

  • Responsible for preparing, processing and posting of Payroll.
  • Responsible for audit and resolving of payroll related issues.
  • Responsible for report generation, approvals and processing of payroll related documents for final payments.
  • Maintaining Travel Management, Advances / Loan & Provident Fund.
  • Handling Final Settlement process and coordinating with Accounts and Audit department for payments.
  • Effectively maintain Time Calendar & Shift schedules to accommodate different shift plans and floating Public Holidays.
  • Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
  • Effectively liaison with SAP ABAPers & stakeholder to translate the HR requirements into the system.
  • Coordinating with SAP HCM Functional consultant for time to time change / configuration in system.
  • Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis.
  • Overlooking and providing support to HR team on Time Management.
  • Coordinating with Insurance Company for employee insurance.
