Support Engineers may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.Additional responsibilities include:Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development Team to resolve more advanced issues when necessaryResolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead interventionDocumenting troubleshooting and problem resolution stepsParticipation in providing training to customers as requiredSkills Required:Degree (B.COM or equivalent).or equivalent practical experience Knowledge of Windows Software installation, Internet and related SoftwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneouslyThe ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
