Know-how of CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, is a plus. Must have proficiency inMicrosoft Office, SEO, Link building and social media. Have experience with plagiarism checking tools, such as CopyScape. Thoroughunderstanding of keyword density, web accessibility, usability and good practice for web content development to create interest andcustomer opportunities. Proficiency In American English is a must, with excellent oral, written, and editing skills and should be ableto write on multiple subjects. Must be able to develop original content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, ad-words, hightraffic websites, blogs, forums and social media. A professional approach and an ability to meet fÌrm deadlines. Understanding ofonline user behavior, customer experience and Insights. Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a crossdepartmental team. Must have interest In booming IT and telephony technologies.
