Experience: Experienced (1-2) Years Manage social media properties (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest etc.), including dailymonitoring, posting, and content deployment.• Prepare status reports on social media efforts and success rates.• Design the Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media team, and ensure that the appropriate mediatechniques are implemented and integrated into the company products.• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that Social Media strategy is headed in the right direction.• Contests and campaigns, creative input, starting up and monitoring.• Deal with customer feedback, support queries, and execute appropriate actions.• Manage change and incorporate Social Media into the corporate culture.• Work with the Product development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date.• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions whereappropriate.• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications• Adhere to brand standards and project objectives.• Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.• Other responsibilities as defined by Project Manager.Minimum BA/BS/BSc., Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Online Advertising, Social Media or a related field. Must befamiliar with social media marketing tools and Addons. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and theirrespective participants (Facebook, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.Understanding of principles of SEO, PPC, and Link Building is must. Must have an understanding of online user behavior andcustomer experience and Insights etc. Talented enough to do multi tasking and lead multiple projects simultaneously. Should have aproven track record of leading projects successfully within a range of industries and must be able to show portfolio of prior projects.Should be capable to communicate effectively in American English (written and verbal) and develop interpersonal relationships withproven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team. Acquires a professional approach and anability to meet firm deadlines. Must have interest in booming IT and telephony technologies. Excellent project management,interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required.
