The Social Media Manager will implement the Company's Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. This role coordinates with the teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network. Improve customer experience and site traffic via various email and social media marketing methods and channels.Translates GA Analytic, Core metrics and anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media campaigns and community management.Test, analyze and generate reports on all email campaigns & associated activities to refine content, effectiveness & user adoption. Develop email strategies and execute emails for indirect and direct customers. Recommend content and designs based on best practices and performance.Create a SEO/SMO plan and implementation for company's portfolio of earned and owned sites.Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.Prepare detailed strategy reports Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites.Run pay-per-click campaignImprove a company's organic search results.Create advanced SEO strategiesBachelor degree required preferably in marketing, public relations or related field and business-to-business and business to consumer experience.2-3 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated in-house professional experience in leading social media strategy, content and initiatives for a major customer-focused brand required.In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Wordpress etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.Have a good knowledge of principles of SEOExperience with search engine optimization best practices, search marketing, social media optimization and related analytics required. Possesses functional knowledge or some experience with HTML/CSS/CMS.
