Cheezmall is looking for Customer Relation Officer.
- Provide complete information to customers about setting up their own online shop business.
- Achieving monthly Service, Experience and Revenue / Sales KPIs targets.
- Forecasting inventory requirements in order to ensure the availability of all types of stock at all times in the center.
- Inventory/Cash management for all transactions at the center
- Provide Centre’s performance visibility to management through timely and efficient reporting.
- Managing and handling customer escalations and concerns
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain customer databases
- Good customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Good communication skills.
