- Cash handling and make receipts of the cash received from the Customers and Technicians.
- Checking of all Authorized Service Centers Accounts on daily basis.
- Timely submissions of Earnings and Expenses Reports/ files to Head Office.
- Update Earnings and Expenses Reports on System and Manually on daily basis.
- Check the Receipt Books of all Field Technicians to ensure the submission of Payments on daily basis.
- Check and verify Warranty Repair Bills of (ASC) and maintain their Ledger, summary of Bills and repot to Head Office on monthly basis.
- Check and verify Material Requisition Slips (MRQS) and verify local purchase items.
- To conduct physical stocking on monthly basis and keep record in hard form.
- Maintain Office Accounts related files.
- Verify Expenses files and sent to Head Office for further processing.
- Control on Service Center’s Expenses.
- 100% follow the Operational Guidelines and SOP’s provided by HO.
