  • Establish close working relationship with clients, understand the main issues, people and culture in the client organization.
  • Prepare reports for client correspondence for own work area(s) or assignments as appropriate which includes Minutes of Meetings.
  • Deliver the project deliverables under guidance of concerned senior staff.
  • Proposal Development including; BOQs after approval, Scope of work, terms and conditions.
  • Proposals related to Government sector are to be developed as per their RFP (Request for Proposal).
  • Gather and understand client’s requirements, do need analysis and identify areas which require intervention for improvement etc.
  • Regular and timely follow ups with clients as well as with in-house team members when required.
  • Ensure timely submission of any document, as per agreed timelines, and manage time effectively while contacting the prospect
  • Client relationship management
  • Share Innovative Ideas for lead generation, proposal development and for continuous business process/es improvement.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys in coordination with customer services department within ITS MME.
  • Conflict resolution during project implementation and handle escalations in a timely manner when required.
  • Develop Sales Pipeline to compliment annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively analyze and identify new requirements/needs for existing and potential clients.  
  • Conduct market intelligence survey through ethical and reliable means.
  • To develop better working relationship with team.
  • Coordinate with team members for lead generation (Self references, telemarketing, etc)
  • Support BD Executives when required.
  • Support Territory Manager when required
  • To coordinate with other team members to deliver the project objectives. (Teamwork)
  • To set objectives for himself/herself and show commitment to achieve them.
